Kit Ezi director Neil Toser said sourcing Manos Partners accountancy expertise three years ago was a wise decision which was instrumental in the company’s growth through turbulent times.

Neil said that the Thinking in Numbers program has allowed Kit Ezi to understand the financial impact of operational changes made to satisfy customer demand before it introduces a new product range.

Neil said the Thinking in Numbers program has allowed the company to garner a deep financial understanding of its operations. For example, Kit Ezi can now identify where it can save money without comprising quality – the savings are then passed on to the customer.

This has let make changes to our marketing,” Neil said. “He brings an independent perspective and objectivity.”

These qualities gave the company the confidence to engage Manos Partners expertise in the creation of a Strategic Business Plan which included the establishment of annual marketing budget and financial scenario planning. Neil said that Peter’s presentation of the plan had made them aware of everything.
